    We primarily collect information directly from you. We may also receive information from Shopify, payment providers, delivery companies, analytics providers, advertising platforms and other service providers used to operate the store.

Orders and payments

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information needed to provide the storefront, checkout and related ecommerce services.

Payments are handled by the payment methods displayed at checkout. The relevant payment provider processes your payment information according to its own privacy terms.

    VALRYGG Studio does not sell personal information for money.

If advertising, analytics or Shopify personalisation services are enabled, the disclosure of identifiers, device information and website activity to advertising or technology partners may be considered a sale, sharing or processing for targeted advertising under those laws.

We do not offer financial incentives or different prices in exchange for personal information.

Nevada residents

Nevada residents may submit a verified request to opt out of covered sales of personal information.

Children’s privacy

Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 for targeted advertising.
