This is not luxury. This is a retreat to hear yourself again. Join us on a private island in Northern Norway, June 26-28th. (With an option to stay a day longer if you feel like it) 

The island has no electricity, and there are no showers. We will sleep in an old fisherman's hut, partly restored by hand by Anita Valrygg. This is the only house on the island, surrounded by the ocean and midnight sun (if the weather is with us). For this retreat, we are only accepting 5 women. 

We will be working with all the elements to ground ourselves deeply in Arctic nature. Join me, Anita, and Paula, who is a natural healer and the founder of Freya Naturterapi. We will be holding women's circle, meditations, creative workshops with essential oils and natural ingredients from the island. We will be foraging, fishing, swimming, and heating ourselves by the fire. Explore the island on your own if you wish to, find your own beach, and just be. 

The island is situated on the Helgeland coast in Norway, in the Arctic Circle. We will send you the meeting point where we will pick you up and transport you to the island. This will be sent out as soon as the spots are reserved, since we need to know if there are mostly local or international women joining and plan accordingly. Packing list and more info will be sent to you when we approach the dates. Plan to be available from early morning on the 26th. The meeting point will be at the Nesna harbour 6.30 am on the 26th.

The retreat is prepaid, and we cannot offer any refunds since there are so few spots available.

All meals are included and are made from local ingredients; meaning lots of seafood that we forage ourself, bread from the family bakery and home made teas from Paula. Due to the limited equipment in the house, we wont be able to consider any allergies.
